Dermal Needling
The dermal needling is a non-invasive, considered to be one of the safest clinical skin treatment procedure that uses multiple needles that vertically pierce the skin with an automatic vibrating function to treat various skin conditions. It involves making tiny micro-sized puncture channels that stimulates and promotes body’s own natural collagen production and regeneration response to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks, skin laxity, skin imperfections and scarring. The total healing time depends on the depth of needles used and the number of overlapping passes your skincare professional performs. On average, the downtime is very minimal and you may resume normal activities almost immediately, but may experience some minor redness for a day or two. Some patients heal completely in 24 hours.
It is recommended for most patients to receive a series of 2-3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart. For deep wrinkles, advanced photo-aging, stretch marks or acne scars, it is recommended to receive 6 -8 sessions at 4-6 weeks intervals.
